Interview with/avec Plan B

PLAN B (플랜비/แพลนบี) is a multicultural group that made its pre-debut on July 1, 2023 with the song HALLI GALLY under the label H.LAND Entertainment.
Its members are: Hwi (Leader and Rapper), Hao (Vocalist), Roy (Vocalist), James (Rapper) and maknae Han (Vocalist) and They debuted on August 17 with the single 1%, which will be available in physical form on September 17.

PLAN B (플랜비/แพลนบี) est un groupe multiculturel qui a fait son pré-début le 1er juillet 2023 avec la chanson HALLI GALLY sous le label H.LAND Entertainment.
Ses membres sont : Hwi (leader et rappeur), Hao (chanteur), Roy (chanteur), James (rappeur) et maknae Han (chanteuse) et Ils ont débuté le 17 août avec le single 1%, qui sera disponible en version physique le 17 septembre.

KZ- When and why did you decide to enter the musical world?

JAMES : Because I love music, love singing, rap and dancing, I love being involved with music.
HAN : When I was in Korea, I worked as a dancer, so there were many moments when I went on stage, so I decided to become a Plan B because I wanted to become an artist.
HAO : I clearly remember that when I was in the third grade of elementary school, I also wanted be able to appear on TV one day like my favorite actors and singers. From that day on, I decided to become an artist.
ROY : Because I like music and dancing, and I personally don't like silence. And I think that the sound of music make me happy.
HWI : I liked music when I was a child. and I have a dream of becoming an idol . I want to show my charm and talent to others. And I want to give happiness to those who come to see me during my performance.

KZ- Quand et pourquoi avez-vous décidé d'entrer dans le monde de la musique ?

JAMES : Parce que j'aime la musique, j'aime chanter, rapper et danser, j'aime être impliqué dans la musique.
HAN : Quand j'étais en Corée, je travaillais comme danseur, et il m'arrivait souvent de monter sur scène, alors j'ai décidé de devenir un plan B parce que je voulais devenir un artiste.
HAO : Je me souviens très bien que lorsque j'étais en troisième année d'école primaire, je voulais aussi pouvoir passer un jour à la télévision comme mes acteurs et chanteurs préférés. Depuis ce jour, j'ai décidé de devenir artiste.
ROY : Parce que j'aime la musique et la danse, et que je n'aime pas le silence. Et je pense que le son de la musique me rend heureux.
HWI : J'ai aimé la musique quand j'étais enfant et je rêve de devenir un idole. Je veux montrer mon charme et mon talent aux autres. Et je veux donner du bonheur à ceux qui viennent me voir pendant mon spectacle.

KZ- How did you come up with the name PLAN B?

PB- Before becoming PLAN B, every member had their own way before, but when the 5 of us got together, it was like a new journey where we took the experience from the way A combined and created a "PLAN B"

KZ- Comment avez-vous trouvé le nom PLAN B ?

PB- Avant de devenir PLAN B, chaque membre avait sa propre façon de faire, mais quand nous nous sommes réunis tous les cinq, c'était comme un nouveau voyage où nous avons pris l'expérience de la façon dont A s'est combinée et a créé un "PLAN B"

KZ- What is the most difficult thing about having members from different countries living Together?

HAO: The biggest difficulty is communication, because we are a team from three different countries, and I am only Chinese among them. I have some difficulties in communication work, but I am working hard to learn Thai and Korean,I believe it will be resolved soon.

KZ- Qu'est-ce qui est le plus difficile dans le fait que des membres de différents pays vivent ensemble ?

HAO : La plus grande difficulté est la communication, car nous sommes une équipe de trois pays différents, et je suis le seul Chinois parmi eux. J'ai quelques difficultés à communiquer, mais je travaille dur pour apprendre le thaï et le coréen.

KZ- What are your role models, who do you admire?

JAMES: G-Dragon, Omarion

KZ- Tell us about "HALLI GALLI" what do you want to transmit, where did the idea come from?

HAN : There's a game called Halli Galli, and when five of the same fruit cards are gathered, you ring the bell to win. Like that, look like us 5 members gather to win.

KZ- Parlez-nous de "HALLI GALLI", que voulez-vous transmettre, d'où vient l'idée ?

HAN : Il y a un jeu appelé Halli Galli, et lorsque cinq cartes de fruits identiques sont réunies, vous sonnez la cloche pour gagner. Comme ça, on dirait que nous, les 5 membres, nous rassemblons pour gagner.

KZ- What was the most difficult part of "HALLI GALLI" the lyrics, the rap, the choreography?

JAMES: The most difficult part of HALLI GALLI Is the process in this song we made in Korea and worked with Korean producers. It was difficult to understand what the producers wanted . For me It's about the language, but we use our sense and determination to make it happen and get through well. I'm very proud of this song.

KZ- Quelle a été la partie la plus difficile de "HALLI GALLI" : les paroles, le rap, la chorégraphie ?

JAMES : La partie la plus difficile de HALLI GALLI est le processus de cette chanson que nous avons faite en Corée et pour laquelle nous avons travaillé avec des producteurs coréens. Il était difficile de comprendre ce que les producteurs voulaient. Pour moi, c'est une question de langue, mais nous utilisons notre sens et notre détermination pour y arriver et nous en sortir. Je suis très fier de cette chanson.

KZ- Tell about the song Sunday to monday

HAN : "Sunday to Monday" it's a song that feels different from our debut song "Halli Galli". In which this song has a fun, bright rhythm, listeners can enjoy the rhythm of the song. The lyrics will talk about love.

KZ- Parlez-nous du Sunday to Monday.

HAN : "Sunday to Monday" est une chanson différente de notre première chanson "Halli Galli". Cette chanson a un rythme amusant et brillant, les auditeurs peuvent apprécier le rythme de la chanson. Les paroles parlent d'amour.

KZ- What can we expect from your debut with 1%?

ROY: Our strong performance And most importantly,you guys can find our style through the 3 songs in the album, 3 of which are different in style. Therefore, I would like everyone to look forward to our style, Plan B, and how it will be. This can be seen from all 3 songs in our debut album called 1% of Plan B. Hidden in a variety of styles that can be found in all 3 of our songs.

KZ- Que peut-on attendre de vos débuts avec 1% ?

ROY : Notre forte performance et surtout, vous pouvez découvrir notre style à travers les 3 chansons de l'album, dont les 3 sont différentes. Par conséquent, j'aimerais que tout le monde soit impatient de découvrir notre style, Plan B, et comment il sera. C'est ce qui ressort des trois chansons de notre premier album intitulé 1% of Plan B. La musique est cachée dans une variété de styles que l'on retrouve dans nos trois chansons.

KZ- What is the significance of the title 1%?

HWI: Even though our first album was called 1%, this 1% is like our starting point. But in the future we will increase from 1 to 100 to 1000% through our music and performance.

KZ- Quelle est la signification du titre 1%?

HWI : Même si notre premier album s'appelait 1%, ce 1% est comme notre point de départ. Mais à l'avenir, nous passerons de 1 à 100 et à 1000% grâce à notre musique et à nos performances.

KZ- Tell us about your PLAN B for 2023.

HWI: We would like to meet everyone and perform songs from our first album called 1% which consists of 3 songs that we have been practicing and preparing for for a long time. I want everyone like and enjoy our performances.

KZ- Parlez-nous de votre PLAN B pour 2023.

HWI : Nous aimerions rencontrer tout le monde et interpréter les chansons de notre premier album intitulé 1% qui consiste en 3 chansons que nous avons pratiquées et préparées depuis longtemps. J'aimerais que tout le monde aime et apprécie nos performances.

KZ- A piece of advice for those who want to enter the world of music.

JAMES: For those who want to enter the music entertainment.
If you really like it, do it. Don't think too much and don't care what people think about you. Because no one can judge us except ourselves. So if this is something you love and like, then just be honest with yourself is enough.
HAN: I think anyone can become an artist or step into this world. Only if you do it with your heart ! do not give up in your dreams and challenge with it.
HAO: If you really like and love it, go for it. Regardless of any setbacks and ups and downs, we must remember to persevere. No matter what the result is, at least we will not regret it . After all,Life is short. you have to be passionate about it.
ROY : Where there’s a will, there’s a way! so everyone who has a dream, don't give up on it.
HWI : For everyone who has a dream, no matter what the dream is, do not stop fighting. and don't give up on it, fight it to the end.

KZ- Un conseil pour ceux qui veulent entrer dans le monde de la musique. JAMES : Pour ceux qui veulent entrer dans le monde de la musique.

Si vous aimez vraiment ça, faites-le. Ne réfléchissez pas trop et ne vous souciez pas de ce que les gens pensent de vous. Car personne ne peut nous juger, sauf nous-mêmes. Donc, si c'est quelque chose que vous aimez et que vous appréciez, il suffit d'être honnête avec vous-même.
HAN : Je pense que tout le monde peut devenir un artiste ou entrer dans ce monde. Il faut le faire avec son cœur ! ne pas renoncer à ses rêves et relever les défis.
HAO : Si vous aimez vraiment ce que vous faites, foncez. Quels que soient les revers et les hauts et les bas, nous devons nous rappeler qu'il faut persévérer. Quel que soit le résultat, au moins nous ne le regretterons pas. Après tout, la vie est courte. Il faut être passionné.
ROY : Quand on veut, on peut ! Alors, pour tous ceux qui ont un rêve, n'abandonnez pas.
HWI : Pour tous ceux qui ont un rêve, quel qu'il soit, n'arrêtez pas de vous battre. et n'abandonnez pas, battez-vous jusqu'à la fin.
